    Tom Moua of Montana “Q” won the annual Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off on Monday, the second straight year they took home the top prize. Thousands flocked to Victorian Square over Labor Day weekend for the 31st annual event to sample ribs from the world’s top barbecue competitors where people enjoyed live music, crafts, events and more.
