    Nevada State Sporting Clays Championships

    The National Skeet Shooting Association  and the National Sporting Clays Association was founded in 1928 and is the world’s largest skeet shooting organization. It annually hosts members from all 50 states and many foreign countries.

    Bacon, Bourbon and Brews

    Reno-Sparks, Aug. 3, 5-9 p.m.

    Unlimited beer and bourbon tastings from 15 local brewers and distillers, bacon-themed culinary creations from Mari Chuy’s Mexican kitchen.  Live music. All proceeds benefit CARE Chest of Sierra Nevada.
