The Fernley Leader-Courier reported a second marijuana dispensary is set to open in Lyon County.

Silver State Relief will open this summer in Fernley, according to city staff. Silver State Relief currently has two facilities inSparks – a dispensary on East Greg Street, as well as a grow facility. A Fernley location has not yet been determined.

The opening of the Fernley dispensary means that home grows will not be allowed within 25 miles of the business.
